I managed to win a respectable amount of 22,000 euro by pressing 1 euro! You call it a miracle!!! All good so far!! Identification didn't take long in 2-3 days it was ok!! The website and user interface are very nicely designed. Unfortunately, the payout was refused several times despite verification. I should provide a screenshot of my online bank account showing all my personal information + the exact bank branch address. Unfortunately, this was not possible because the bank's address was not listed. I've won 12,500€ and tried to verify my identity , but the step with the proof of residence won't let me finish and now a message pops up "Unfortunately, we couldn't verify your identity" and you can't upload any other documents in order to confirm your identity. IWild has failed alll my expectations miserably.
I’m absolutely disgusted with their withdrawal practices and system. I have had 9 cancellations of withdrawals since my account was fully verified 6 days ago. We are talking $1500 that they owe me not $150 000. If they can’t handle this withdrawal then I think they have severe financial issues.
Next they don’t follow daily withdrawal limits. Essentially the daily maximum withdrawal is ZERO if they just keep cancelling withdrawals.
They lie to you that withdrawal provider(Gigidat) in this case cancels withdrawals if they are not actioned in 24 hours. Lame excuse. You think players don’t know your financial dept is just not funding the withdrawals.
The biggest slap in the face is after cancelling withdrawals with lame excuse IWild KYC emails you to recreate your withdrawals.
Absolutely infuriating.

Customer support is a joke here.
Browse through all the negative feedback here and you will realise why.
Had to verify my account 2 times.
Was having issues with their automatic verification, emailed the support.
All they said was "we have reset your verification documents" (3 DIFFERENT TIMES)

Won some money only around 2.5k and they are throwing a tantrum. Asking me to show proof of cards I used to make transaction.
I explained, that the cards are one time use more specifically zippay BUT I provided them with all the information about the transactions and proof of ownership of the zip pay account.

All their KYC has to say is (going back and forth 4-5 times in email) literally feels like an automated response. It's so frustrating.
"Please upload the right document, unfortunately without those cards your account cannot be verified."

Bitstarz asked me once to show proof of transaction of single time cards and I sent them a screenshot and they happily transferred me my funds.

Iwild casino's customer service is a ******* joke. I have asked zippay to send me those details hoping that it all works out.

I'm very torn with my experience with iwild. On one hand I won about 6k ... but getting the money becomes a nightmare. They will cancel your requests every 3 days and when you contact support they say you did it.... so then you contact their financial dept and that's when the fun starts ... they start a payout schedule of days where you can withdrawal $500 a day... sometimes it works or sometimes they cancel it and you have to start it all over again. It's a shame because it has potential to be a very good site but the withdrawal situation is counter productive to have long term players. Now I did get all my money eventually but left with a sour taste in my mouth as a result of all the games they play during this period.

Iwild change your ways for the gambling community. The potential is there but I will not be depositing any more money because the run around I had to endure and games you play to try and make me spend my winnings.

Please stay away from this casino.

Here's an example.

Won way more during a bonus than I was allowed to cash out. According to the terms and conditions, everything is ok, but I only paid a partial amount and continued playing with the remaining euros.

Balance during bonus:
About 2300€
Withdrawable amount: 375€
Paid out: €300
€75 then remained as a balance.

Now I made almost €200 out of this €75 and wanted to pay out €150 again.

This was then canceled without notice and the balance reset to €75.

In the subsequent chat with support, I was repeatedly told that I could only pay out a total of €375 with the bonus.
If you then leave €75 as a balance in the player account, you can no longer win anything and only lose. That is also not in the terms and conditions. This is thus misleading the players.

The conditions for the bonus and withdrawal are also strange.
Deposited €100 + €75(bonus).
That had to be implemented 35x, i.e. €6250. You can only pay out five times the bonus granted, i.e. €375. In principle, you have to implement the granted bonus about 80 times.

Stay away from this, thank you.

Avoid this casino at all costs. I Made an account on this site a long time ago and never played. On the 5th of august 2023 I decided to make a deposit here and used a 150% welcome bonus. I deposited 150 euros and got 225 bonus money. I completed the verification on the automated KYC system they have on the site and I managed to build up a balance of 2000 euros and was able to wager the rest of the bonus. After clearing the bonus I had over 1500 euro balance. Apparently the bonus has a 5x withdrawal limit, so after clearing the bonus I should only have 1125 balance. 225X5=1125. But after clearing the bonus they never reset my balance to 1125 like they should have done. I kept playing with the 1500 and managed to make my way up to 3400 euros and then all of a sudden my account was closed and blocked. I message support and then magically I can sign in all of a sudden but my balance had been set to 1125 euros. The reason why they only reset my balance to 1125 so late is because they were hoping I would keep on playing so I would lose the balance. Because after all there is no reason to keep playing if the maximum withdrawal of my deposit is 1125 euros. This to me is pure scam. As soon as I finished wagering the bonus my balance should have been set to 1125 euros. Then I would know that there was no reason for me to keep playing anymore. I also had problems with the KYC department. They keep asking for more and more documents via email even after I completed the verification on the site. It's the good old stalling until you lose tactic from them. Good luck getting verified by these Russians. They must be drinking vodka while verifying people. That is the only explanation I can think of.
