The player from US has been waiting for his withdrawal for 3 weeks. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions. The player confirmed in his second complaint that he received the withdrawal.
It's been almost three weeks and my withdrawal has not even been reviewed for payment yet. I submitted all required forms the first day and also contacted cust service and verified they had everything needed from me. Very frustrating. I will never deposit with them again especially when other places pay the same day or within minutes.

My withdrawal was finally approved today. They say 5-7 days until they submit the payment though. Lol. It was 5-7 days for the approval which took almost a month. We'll see.
