What I disliked about Realspin :
The fact that they robbed me of $72,000 is probably the thing I disliked the most about this casino. Indeed, they closed my account about 5 months ago while I still had this balance on my account and never paid me. Worse, they don't even respond to my emails asking for my payment, even though they said they would let me withdraw my remaining balance before closing my account. They did so without any notice, nor any explanation.
I also didn't enjoy the time when they deducted $165,000 because I had "won too much." Yep. Look closely at their TOS: they reserve the right to cut down your winnings if you win over $100,000 in one day. Of course, they don't exactly advertise that on their site.
These are probably the two things I hated the most about my experience with this site.
Oh, I also didn't like logging in one morning and discovering that someone had played on my account and lost me around $23,000. That wasn't particularly fun either. I also didn't enjoy never receiving an apology for that.
All in all, a pretty memorable customer experience.

In August 2025, RealSpin confirmed in writing that CAD 80,700 was being processed for withdrawal. I was told the funds would be deposited that same day or the following day.
More than seven months later, no funds have been received.
Since early September, all communication from RealSpin has stopped despite repeated follow ups.
What I dislike: A confirmed withdrawal of this size remaining unpaid for months with no explanation or response raises serious concerns about reliability and accountability.
What I liked: The platform functioned normally prior to the payment issue. However, timely and transparent payment processing is the most important factor for any casino.
