The player from the US had reported multiple approved payouts via Bitcoin in one day. However, after she received one payment, she was notified that she couldn't use Bitcoin anymore and was required to opt for a wire transfer and submit additional documents. Despite her initial resistance to opening a new account for wire transfer, as she had been initially instructed to open a Bitcoin account, the issue was eventually resolved. The player confirmed that the matter had been taken care of, leading us to close the complaint as 'resolved'.

I won 3 different pay outs on March 3 and all 3 were approved the same day to be paid thru bitcoin on March 12, on March 26 I received 1 payout and am now being told I cannot use bitcion. I have to do a wire transfer. Also submit additional documents. I am including the approval :

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessary, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.

If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would strongly recommend following their instructions. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

They said I'd have to open an account that except wire transfer and I am not, because I was told by then tp open a bitcoin account so I could receive my winnings
