The player from Australia has been accused of breaching bonus T&Cs by placing a higher single bet than allowed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and failed to provide the required evidence.

Refusing to pay out after they made a bogus rule which was not in their terms and conditions-apparently I had to play 10$ bets, on average I played 23/24$ bets. Go figure! This rule was not in their terms and conditions and I averaged out at 23/24$ bets

Dear Thomas,

Thank you very much submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the General Bonus T&Cs (https://www.ozwincasino.com/terms-and-conditions) and this is what I found:

"$10 is the maximum bet unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided."

If you have any proof, that the rule wasn’t in the T&Cs when you started playing with the bonus, please forward it to me. My email address is kristina.s@casino.guru (or you can post it here). However, I would like to emphasize, that we updated the Ozwin Casino on the 12 Aug 2020 and this rule was in the T&Cs, and it is also mentioned in the bonus review.

Sadly, if there is not proof that the T&Cs has been changed, we cannot do much to support your case at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
