This casino has some issue with their cashback calculation. They say it is automatically calculated. However, the bonus timer does not function properly.


Ex: If player A has to receive 10% cashback on losses after 2 days of such losses. The clock should stop, for the system to calculate 2 days so that the cash back is credited after 2 days is complete.


However, the clock never stops it keeps changing with every second making it impossible for the system to calculate time difference it is always current time for the system and the system is never able to calculate. This is fraud and unfair practice.

Could you please advise if there is a way to prove that you have suffered any loss due this issue? Did you ever receive the cash back bonus since you are playing in this casino? Did you contact the casino with this problem and if yes, what was their respond?

1. TOTAL LOSSES deserve a 10% cashback. They simply have to check my deposits and loss and can calculate my cashback.


2. I used to receive it without any issue until few months back when the clock suddenly started acting up. FRAUD.


3. Yes, the casino has a patent reply. "It is automated we cannot do anything manually.

There is no such history.. I kno they will not give the cashback.

"Hi,Oppa888 have suddenly stopped withdrawal, without any reason, yesterday they asked for additional KYC and I provided all the documents, the team approved the kyc and processed the withdrawal.After that I requested a withdrawal today in the morning. I was told it will be processed after 2-4 hrs, then after 5 hrs I enquired they told me 1 hrs more, thena later I enquired and they said they will take 3 days more as bank is down.However, I know other people who play at OPPA888, they are receiving their withdrawals smoothly.This started 2 days ago after I made big wins, since then I have been chasing like crazy for my money.I have asked them how do I close the account, how lon will it take for the funds to come to my account after account closure. No one replies.I need assistance in closing the account and withdrawing full funds.I feel they are about to fraud me. Or may be they have already started their fraud."
