An Argentinian player had experienced problems with his account at Mu Stake casino where all the accumulated balance had been emptied. He had been blocked from depositing or playing games and his emails to support had gone unanswered. The player's account had been verified for months, and despite being able to deposit and play games, the money that was absorbed had not been refunded. The casino had justified their actions by stating the player made insistent deposits. However, the player disputed this, stating that a deposit had been made to his account without his knowledge. We attempted to gather more information from the player to further investigate the issue, but the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, the complaint had been rejected due to lack of player's cooperation.
