The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

All my verification elements were accepted, however on withdrawal the proof of identity element on the site changed from accepted to 'could not verify', this only happened upon withdrawal of the maximum per week of £7500 euros. My total balance at the casino is 16128 euros and I have not played any bonuses
