My withdrawal is delayed 7 days now. I speak every day with the support but they keep saying the same excuse that i will recieve my money as soon as possible. I dont know how long as soon as possible means for this casino.the average withdrawal time is 3 days.and you cant even communicate with the finance section.there is no one in charge only a support who speaks generally and gives the same excuses

i talk with the casino every day this day too but i hear the same thing again that i must not worry that i will take my money and its a bigger delay than usual in my case.and that support has send numerous notifications to financial department about my case so i will be in priority. But nothing happens.
