The player struggled to withdraw his winnings due ongoing verification. We contacted the casino and received a reply, where they explained that the player needed to make a verification deposit after playing with free spins bonus. The player promised to make one, and later informed us that she successfully received her winnings, so we closed the complaint as resolved.

I am not 100 percent sure of the withdrawal request date. But, it seems as though the last time that I played with a free coupon was on Dec 13th. I did play some of what I won last month. But, I had been requesting my pay out since December. I only played because I had given up. But I then received another email from them after I threatened to file a complaint. That is why I left a 100.00 balance. I have sent my documents over and over again. The last time I sent them was on Sunday. My account is still not verified. I made sure that all of the documents were Jpeg format as requested. I have set up my account at Coinbase to receive my bitcoin payout.

All I know is when I go to withdraw. It constantly says. You have not been verified. Apparently nothing has been approved. At first it was an issue with the format. I corrected that. Re-sent it last week. I have not heard anything from them. My last email from them was on Jan 23rd. I resent everything Friday in JPEG as requested. My issue is the fact that. I began this process last year. I had to constantly message and email them. To even get a answer. Most of the time they did not respond. It has been to long. I just want my bitcoins. It does not take this long. That Verification process sucks. When I first tried to get verified. It was weeks before anyone even responded.

I spoke to soon. Please pass this case on to your people. They took $50.00 from my balance and now asking for a deposit. No way. I will keep this complaint open until I get my $50.00 back. I thought that was my deposit.

They are now saying that I am only entitled to $50.00. I can only deposit bitcoin unless I deposit $50.00 Visa. That's ok. Lesson learned. I will never play in a Casino that only accepts crypto. It was a surprise. I had no idea. I will play this $50.00 down and move on. Thanks so much for your help. You can close this out. They are not worth fighting for only $50.00. I have a Coinbase account but will not be depositing anything. I win a lot online. So they are not even worth my time. Once I have played that $50.00 down. I will delete my account. Thanks again. Do you know where you are with my other complaint? $25.00 that True Fortune never returned. Now I will fight for that. They lied and never sent it back to me. That was not money won.

Thank u so much. My issue with them was. Thru all communication. No one ever mentioned a deposit. Until time for me to cash out. They send u information in bits and pieces. I didn't even understand why they kept saying they couldn't verify my account. Their issue during the Holidays is not my problem. When Casinos are not straight up. I have an issue. I have dealt with enough of them to know when someone is being transparent and when they are not. They are not as transparent as they claim to be. When u go to cash out. They tell u to get a redemption form. What form?Then the chat never responds. No one responds. I waited on an answer for weeks. I am still waiting on the chat to respond. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thank u again.
