The player from Florida had been attempting to withdraw funds from the casino for three weeks. Despite changing the cryptocurrency used for withdrawal, no progress had been made and communication from the casino had been absent. The player had confirmed this was their first withdrawal attempt and the casino had not requested a KYC verification. The winnings had been accumulated without a bonus. We had asked the player to provide further communication with the casino, however, the player did not respond. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

They don’t like to process withdraws. After two weeks I cancelled the first try and started a withdraw with a different crypto and same thing two weeks with no word.

Without a bonus and they haven’t asked for kyc. Also it is my first withdraw considering they haven’t let me make it.
