The player from Canada had reported winning four hands of live blackjack on the Bombay Live platform, but had not been credited these winnings. After further communication, the player had been unable to provide evidence of these winnings. We had extended the time for response twice, but the issue had remained the same. The casino had concluded there were no missed payments. Without any evidence of the winning bets, we could not support the player's claim. The complaint was subsequently rejected.

I was playing live blackjack on one of their platforms, Bombay Live. On four separate instances I won the hand but was not credited my winning by the table. I contacted chat support and was told to wait 24 hours for the hands to finish. I still haven't received my winning. I contact chat support and email report but get no updates and no reply from support.

I tried to file a new complaint because I requested my bet history from support at JustCasino 5 time over a 10 day period with no reply. I took 8 days to even get a reply. Their reply was it has been sent to relevant department and to continue waiting. That was 3 days ago. W

I can't give you specific days and time because they won't comply with my request for my bet history. However, in every instance not only did I clearly beat the dealer on Bombay Live blackjack the screen posted the amount I won. Then the next hand started and my balance never changed. At no point did it correct its self. Every time I immediately contacted support. They told me I had to wait 24 hours and I would correct itself. None of them did and so began this crap. Every I contact asking for an update and every day I'm told she not to worry even though there is no update. No reason given for the delay. They thank me for my patience and tell Mel to keep waiting. I have my chats saved if you want to see them.

The casino has concluded that there was no missed payments although this is untrue. I don't know what I can do. I was playing those hand and beat the dealer. But I'm out of options unless there is more you can do

I apologize, but without any evidence that there indeed were these winning bets, there is not much we could do. However, you can always contact the licensing authority or the game provider as they have more advanced tools and options to help players in similar situation.
