I want to make a withdrawal several times for days now but it’s impossible to withdraw any money from my account. The operators I’ve spoken to are saying different things about it, technical issues and cleaning my cache for example. There is still no option to withdraw any money or set any limits in my account to prevent me from betting my whole amount of money in the account. I’ve added a screenshot of the error I get all the time. The screenshot was taken yesterday when the amount in my account today.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Could you please advise if you've been informed about any alternative option to have your winnings sent to you? Was there any timeframe given to players when this issue will be fixed? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past, please?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

its not possible to make a withdrawal request, because there an error constantly when making the request. So I haven’t make a successful request yet because the casino says it has technical issues. But that issues last for days now and I want to receive my money.

why do they keep sending withdrawal confirmations, but don’t pay any money?

Hello Jungliwin team,


I’ve sent more than 5 emails and have spoken to chat support on the website for more than 10 times now. I keep getting fixed answers and the problem isn’t solved yet.


last Friday I made a withdrawal request and it looks like that it was successful. But I have chosen for bank transfer this time and that worked for the time. But the withdrawal is after 72 hours still pending. When can I see the money on my bank account??
