I have made income on several occasions and they have not added it to my balance. Pasó un mes y no solucionaron nada. He solicitado una retirada y me ha llegado un mail con la confirmación y aceptación de la retirada y en mi cuenta no ha aparecido el dinero. He reclamado y me piden un extracto de mi cuenta donde se vea que no lo han ingresado... Les he dicho que demuestren ellos con un justificante que lo han pagado y se han negado. Me he dado de bajo ya que he desistido de quejarme, que se queden con el dinero. Mal servicio de atención al cliente, mal servicio de pagos, mal servicios de ingresos.... No se lo recomiendo a nadie
