The first withdrawal request made was on the 11th. It was rejected a first time due to the verification process. I sent all my documents that were cleared on the 12th.

On the 12th I made two further withdrawal requests that were rejected due to the address section. It states address (but you actually have to enter IBAN number) . After doing this correctly I made another withdrawal request on the 13th. While this was processing I span a bonus wheel and £1 was added to my account. So my balance was £1. I have made 6 further withdrawal request and have been told via email that these are being rejected due to wagering requirements for the £1 I got through a bonus spin. I wave to wager £1500. I won these funds days prior to using the wheel spin. I would appreciate any guidance you can give me for this. Many thanks
