Despite repeated inquiries and assurances from customer support, the player continued to receive the same unhelpful responses about a system fault. The issue was resolved when the funds were credited to the player's account after 48 hours, allowing them to proceed with their gaming. The Complaints Team marked the complaint as resolved and encouraged the player to reach out for future issues.

deposit crypto = to $72.32 usd to this casino . they receive it . but never credit to my account after 2 days have pass. they keep telling me to wait. all they do is repeat all over and over again which is sick. casino should asap fund customer account they receive and don fund. they say they will get back to me but no nothing happen. till now nothing. live chat them , all they say is not their fault system fault which is none of my consent , if system is down why their web page is still working fine. below is a screenshot of my deposit crypto to their account .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
