The player from United States has deposited funds into his account. Immediately, his account was closed, and the refund of the original deposit is still pending. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages.

i open an account with jackmillion about a week ago. And i made the deposit with $45. Right after i deposited and my account has been closed. I have email them and they told me they already send my refund out and told me to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. now its been a week i tried to email them back and never reply me back

I have checked terms and conditions and I found United States between restricted countries. Hopefully, you will receive your original deposit very soon and the whole situation will be resolved to your satisfaction.

We would like to ask the JackMillion Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Dear Casino GURU, 

 

Just to give you an update.

We added the funds on the player account and as we cannot WD to US banks, he had to WD through BC.

Once online he tried to make the WD, but there is a $30 fee. Before we could take any action he played the balance after complaining about this.

 

Now to be straightforward, he registered an account with "United States Outlying Islands" not the United States.

As the complaint is still there we will reach out to the player, he needs to come online, we will unblock the account and add the funds + the fee that needs to be paid so we can close this off.
