  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and why exactly was the casino's justification for blocking your account?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with or without an active bonus?

the player may request the withdrawal, afterward - the account will be permanently blocked due to violation of AML and reported to the police.

I've been playing for over a month. They mentioned something about stolen credit cards, and I haven't even deposited with card, I only transfer from my account. I played slots, and that amount was just an initial deposit ,without any bonus. I had just deposited, and while playing, the account got blocked.
