Did you use any deposit or no deposit bonus in the casino? Are you account verified yet? Is this your first ever withdrawal request in this case?

Please note that we always recommend player to wait at least 14 days for the money to arrive as there are many aspect infuencing the payment and waiting for it for 8 days is still under average so I wouldn't worry about it.

Also please send through all your communication with the casino or any additonal proof to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Hi guys so i be waited 6 full working days now I pressed withdraw on the 9th of sep it’s now the 22nd the withdrawal is for £500 pounds they are responding saying it’s been processed online it clearly states that international transfer takes 2-5 days this site needs bringing down fast gamstop in the uk is looking at putting that full licence on due to how rough British players are been treated if they don’t pay me I will never stop till they are !!!

And yes the account verification was completed well before I made the withdrawal which took a week and half of pain staking stress !!!

Yeah they lied never submitted any withdrawals for a month they saying they going too not giving time frames how long is a piece of string . This casino is all ran under one licence they have other sites such as red lion and many more they are criminal at best
