The player from United States is experiencing difficulties depositing funds into their account. The casino participated in resolution of this issue, however the player stopped responding to our questions and messages, therefore we were forced to reject this complaint.

I opened up an account on the site and attempted to deposit money into the account but it stated that the deposits had not been enabled for my account. I reached out to their support an they stated it was due to an IP mismatch from the location I'm reporting my residence. They requested a utility bill to verify my address. I sent them the information and it still has not been resolved. I've sent several emails without any resolution.

Yes, I heard back the same day that the issue was due to an IP mismatch. They requested a copy of a utility bill with name and address to verify identity. I replied back with the information and it has been radio silence ever since.

We would like to ask Gossip Slots Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.
