Ridiculous, you play as a German customer, pay in with Giropay, but can only pay out with "jeton" or "Rapid-Skrill".. Huh? I deposited a total of €700 and wanted to pay out €300 for a test with a balance of €1,200. I can't do anything, customer service will have an excuse ready anyway, pointless.. €700 wasted. So you can deposit with certain "methods" but only with 2 withdrawals? What a scammer shit!!

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Yes, but that means directly that I am "giving away money" and have 0 chance of payment in advance. WHY is it allowed to deposit with Giropay and get a message that you can only pay out with "Jeton" and "Rapid"? Then, for legal reasons, this casino is only allowed to offer that as a deposit method, isn't it? Everything else is cheating. Thank you so much for your work and help, but the casino needs to unlock a withdrawal for Skrill, anything else is more than cheating.

Unfortunately there is nothing illegal or uncommon on this. It works like this in most of casinos. You will have to use an available payment method in order to withdraw your balance.
