No customer service responses in weeks. No payouts on over $650,000.00 after achieving multiple levels several times over. Now claiming they do not pay in Oklahoma... I am filing a personal/private lawsuit against them for fraud. They have my financial and personal information FROM OKLAHOMA! I WON BIG! THEY FRAUDED ME IN EVERY WAY. STILL ARE. I AM SUING THEM IN TRIAL COURT! 😂

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I played with free coins. I was "verified" several times, told in only response that the money was sent to my PayPal... have screen shots. I suffered the verified routine for days and weeks. Wait 72 hours, then after that wait 169 hours, then wait forever or file a lawsuit. I documented my game with over 100 screen shots showing without doubt that this game is a scam. I intend to file lawsuit against Google also, for negligence, for having much past knowledge that FORTUNE PANDA DOES NOT PAY and yet leave it active for download in the play store. These people have my personal and financial information! Willing to submit ALL photos if you like. I played on free coins for real money. The casino NEVER RESPONDED except for flashing a note on my game screen that said $25,000.00 had been transferred to my PayPal... PayPal notified me of a hack attempt on the account, and no money ever sent. No customer service FORMAL REPLY EVER. Customer support does not respond during this near-2 month event. Have heard nothing, no response in weeks and weeks. Nothing! GOOGLE MUST REMOVE THIS LIE FROM THE PLAYSTORE! PEOPLE ARE SUBMITTING PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION THAT IS OBVIOUSLY BEING COLLECTED SOLELY FOR FUTURE HACK ATTACKS AGAINST PLAYERS AND PUBLIC! *** ARRESTS ARE THE ANSWER TO THIS FINANCIAL INFORMATION STEALING COMPANY. My winnings weathered "verification" multiple times over, then had to play them again, and again, and again. Once 72 hours verification it immediately goes to 196 hour "verification" process. Then after that POOF... NOBODY ANYWHERE. NO MONEY EVER PAID OUT. NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM COMPANY. I wish I could upload the screen shot evidence for you to see. It would really upset you!

Yes. Money is still in "account". Yes. I played on free coins from beginning. They show I collected. I was never able to get the link to work to verify or collect anything. NOT ONE RESPONSE IN OVER 50 DAYS FROM SUPPORT. NO CONTACT POSSIBLE, PERIOD. If they are going to pay it why have they NEVER RESPONDED??? Additionally, after completing the same completed levels several times I just keep getting shunned. No response from customer service from start to present! Now I am supposed to collect 50 rubies (of which not one has been revealed in $651,000.00 worth of wins. Also is not in the game "special symbols" menu. I suppose a year from now I will have to collect 1000 flying cows (which will never end, seemingly). Can you make them "verify" me? They will not provide me the avenue! I have 12 more dated screen shots to add to these I attached to give you the big picture. Please make me another email link to submit the rest of the photos to you. I have not yet filed lawsuit, but will if you are unable to get them to respond. The papers are in the process if I must file suit to collect. Currently in holding pattern to see what you are able to accomplish. Thank you again. I am so glad there is a way to report this abuse. And it is abuse!

The ONLY RESPONSE I have ever seen wash a flash across the game screen saying I had collected. You see I have withdrawn $0.00 from the screen shots. I saw they refused to pay Oklahoma while surfing info on the site. I have never had a formal email or transfer from this company. That is the worst part... like a carrot in front of the donkey! I just keep going for my carrot while they silently let me "keep going". Also, I changed PayPal email address after I never received any transfers of funds thinking there might be a problem with PayPal (there wasnt/isnt) but they have had new email address to PayPal for weeks while they refuse to respond to me. Such a fun experience!


I've been gamed so far for over 1/2 million u.s. dollars. Way over 1/2 million dollars.

Error: I did not find the denial to pay to Oklahoma on their website. I found that info page surfing the web for info on the company. It is not posted on the game site or Google Play Store. I am Google verified in Oklahoma. Software could have easily denied me access and refused my info I had to supply to play the game. It has been, and is, beyond upsetting as you know.

1st photo is a fraud. I was never able to use the link. 2nd photo is my cash-out now $621,000.00 (round about) to PayPal attempt made this morning. Another 72 hour "hurry up and wait" notice at bottom of screen... I'm calling PayPal today as they are a "partner" (lawsuits included), so they may "wake the dead support team" understanding the coming litigation if not resolved. I will keep you updated. If your claim is true and you never did deposit and won off purely on free bonuses, the following term applies:

Almost every single online casino has a maximum win limit from free bonuses so basically your winnings would be voided anyway as you can withdraw a maximum of $5 from those bonuses.

Your explanation does not support the overwhelming "otherwise" evidence of their fraudulent activity. They gained credibility thru using PayPals name to commit fraud. It is crystal clear as you view the evidence of their claims. These are sxreenshots I captured on the game screen. Link did not work. All $ vanished.

After further review we noticed that the complaint is submitted incorrectly as it has nothing to do with Fortune Panda Casino.

The game you play is not a casino just a mobile app and we do not deal with issues related to non casinos therefore we will be forced to close the complaint.
