The player from Romania has requested withdrawal a week ago. It hasn’t been received yet. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I did an withdraw on 10 of November in the amount of 550 euro and on their site it is written that you should wait 24 bussines hours( 2 days) I spoke with people on the chat, I tried to contact you financial department by email and nobody answered. By chat every time I get the same answer to wait I need an explanation why it take so long and I want my money.

Yes it is my first withdrawal and I used the card bank withdraw. But on their site it is written that it will take 2 days and now it is 8. This is unacceptable.
