I won with free bonus spins and was told to make a deposit of 25$ before I could withdrawal and get validated. I did both of these things and about a month later I requested a withdrawal on 10-27-22. I asked for an update a few weeks later and they kept saying their finance team was working on it and then one day they told me it would be sent on Tuesday of that week. So I expected it. I use multiple casinos like this and the ones that actually pay when you win with a bonus are limitless, Yabby, extreme, and Brango from my experience. The rest just take your bonus money and cancel your deposit regardless if it was a fair win or not. Anyway, they told me the finance team was working on it multiple times after Tuesday passed and then they just stopped responding and the agent just left the chat as soon as I asked about my withdrawal or just did not respond again until today 1-20-23. I will post a picture of the chat and he again said the same thing the finance team is working on it. I am not sure if they dont pay anyone. Or just wanted to steal my deposit bonus and had no intention to pay my bonus winnings... or what but its very odd they asked for a deposit and verification and did not play to pay out... Anyway, I just wanted people to know about this incident because its just wrong and theft in my opinion. They dont seem like they have any intention of paying me. Its been almost 4 months now.

I was told multiple times that my withdrawal would process today. I desperately need this money and was counting on it when I was told by your support that it would be today last week. It’s been almost 8 business days and the max it says it could be is 24-72 hours. It’s been triple that almost. Can someone please explain what is taking so long…. And when I should expect my deposit?? Originally I requested this withdrawal a month ago.

there have been about 30s emails back and forth but all of theirs are autoMated and give a new request # each time lol.
No I haven’t had any successful withdrawls from this casino before or any of their affiliates. Slots of Vegas and club player the casino both did a similar thing except for they removed my bonus and winnings and never told me why or ever responded they had no customer support. It took them about 5 month to even do this.
Yes they did verify me and my account and accepted my deposit that they told me to make in order to get my winnings.
And the other communication was me asking the chat support about 10 times where my withdrawl was and they told me it would be poster Tuesday back in like November or December but never got it. Then they just started dodging me and leaving the chat each time I asked about it. It is still pending tho on their site. Just ridiculous.
