I did contact live support. I was kept on hold for almost 30 min, asked to complete my profile, which I did immediately. I was asked to also verify my phone which I had tried to do initially, but could not get the text message. Support had me upload screenshots of every step, which I did. Then after all that was I told "Oh, you deposited with crypto. No bonuses for you, no exceptions!" So wasted about 40 to 45 min either holding or doing what was asked of me, and THEN they checked into what I had initially asked about. Not Impressed whatsoever.

Stay away from this casino.

The customer service is a joke. No matter what you ask them (So far I've asked about cashback in general, withdrawal status, changeing my email, suspending the account), they will answer the same: Please send an email to support@rioace.com

I made a withdrawal request on day 1. On day 3 it is verified. Then I have to wait 5 more working days for the money to arrive.
I also made two withdrawals, way beyond my withdrawal limit, the casino then sent an email telling me that they reserve the right to make the withdrawals within a "schedule". This schedule consists of 4 more days. Total amount of days: 12 working days.

It is pointless to ask customer service about anything, they will only refer to their email-address.

All this combined with a 3x wagering reuirement.

Take a good advice: Stay away from this casino.

first i would like to point out i did not play at this casino, this review is only about my experience with payments and customer support!
i tried to deposit a number of times using visa (i live in ireland) every time i tried i got an error saying something went wrong, i contacted support who said the payment was pending so i left it at that, 12 hours later the payment was still pending so i contacted support to close my account as there is obviously a problem depositing, support told me that the funds will still be taken as it is pending they just have not received them yet, i told them this is not the case and i had removed the funds from the account they were to take them from, i requested to close account and i got passed around from one person to the next then was offered free spins after my 3rd requst to close account, my advice stay away there is something not quiet right about this casino
