I requested payout on 9/14/21, in the amount of 2200. I was told that it could take up to 72 hours to process and verify. I submitted documentation immediately after requesting withdrawal. I was responded to 72 hours later, and told my documentation was accepted. 24 hours later they sent a form and wanted a selfie with my ID. I submitted those within a few hours. I was sent an email 24 hours later told that all documents/forms and selfie was received, and that if I had pending payouts it would be processed shortly. It's been more than 72 he's since that email, and I have received nothing.


I opted to recieve payment via Bitcoin, but nothing has been sent. I don't understand the delay, given that all of my documentation has been received and verified, and I was told I was approved.

Thank you very much submitting your complaint and I'm sorry to hear about your issue with DuckyLuck Casino.

Before we would try to contact the casino, allow me to ask you a few more question to clarify the case as much as possible.

Could you please advise if you have used any deposit or no deposit bonus in the casino? Is this your first ever withdrawal request? Which payment method did you use for deposit? It is common that you have to also make a deposit with the payment which you wish to use for withdrawal to verify it - that it's yours and you can use it.

We always recommend to every player to wait at least 14 days before they would start even to worry about their withdrawal. The time frame given by the casino is in most cases the time to process it within the casino - still many steps for the finalization of the payment.

I chose Bitcoin withdrawal method.

This is my first withdrawal from this casino, which is part of what makes me nervous, just that I've never had a successful withdrawal, and they don't email back or truly respond to questions in chat.

I deposited using a credit card, which was validated and verified as my own. And there was no bonus used during the deposit, so no play through requirements.


This is the first online casino where I've had issues with the withdrawal time, and no response when trying to reach out. I've withdrawn from 4 other casinos, and the withdrawal is processed when they say it will be.
