Can't ever get a reply from support@duckyluck.ag.so I go to live chat..And they tell me to send an email...just keeps passing me around.iv been trying for a WEEK to just pick a payout option.ridiculous.they said every bank has a SWIFT code...that was a lie..cuz my bank doesn't have one.i felt like they were arguing with me.i had to tell the guy(MJ) 5 times that my bank doesn't have a SWIFT code.then they tell me that gift cards are not the same as reloadable prepaid cards..but don't tell me anything else about gift cards...like how I can get one,etc.then they say I can do MoneyGram..that if I go to the cashier the option is there and to click on it..well that was a lie..there's no MoneyGram option there.so I had no choice but to request a paper check.and judging by all the crap it's been so far I'm not counting on receiving it.they won't even tell me how long it'll take to receive the check.it has been one big headache.i don't understand how they're still in business.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully in the past?

This is my first time withdrawing from duckyluck...and the last..I understand about the laws,rules,and regulations and stuff...it's the people in live chat..they're supposed to help u..I just feel like they need to be educated some more before they actually start trying to help people.their P.R. skills are not the best...and it turns out that EVERYTHING I needed to know,everything I asked them was on a duckyluck website,,it was either the casino site or some other site...they should know to refer me to that.for Pete's sake...the lady(Sarah) thought MoneyGram was a withdrawal option!!!they just need more training...and what really sucks is I couldn't find any kind of phone number to call ...and I emailed them never got any reply...so I was just stuck with them...super frustrating...to say the least.

Honestly...when I posted my complaint I really didn't expect all this attention...I should've paid more attention...I was very upset...I just want my measley $300 so I can forget about it already and move on...I do appreciate everyone's concern very much...thank u..it makes a big difference just to know that their are people out there that give a damn...thank u

"After a hassle I finally get my check in the mail but my bank won't cash it cuz it's not from an actual bank.its from business solutions.my bank is a credit union that doesn't have a SWIFTl code.so I contacted support and he says to email them.i have emailed them multiple times over a couple weeks and not one reply.theres no phone I can call.i ask for someone in charge and he says their busy.then he (peter) says they don't take chats .so what am I supposed to do?? The whole thing seems like a scam."

Hello. Unfortunately, the only option we have at this moment is to put a stop payment on the check. The money will then be returned into your account and you will have to request a withdrawal again. We do suggest to use BTC as the withdrawal option as this would be a lot faster to process.
