I am fully verifies through inclave, plus I sent in my ID documents. I requested a wire transfer. When I asked about my withdrawal the first time they told me to send my bitcoin adress I sent that through email and chat. No one is responding to me emails. No one in the chat can do anything other than send note to finance team. My withdrawal request for $1100 is still sitting in my casino account. As of 7/9/23. I deposited $34 using a 150% no rules bonus on 6/3/23. Winnings were requested on 6/7/23
