Account balance was sitting $760 i submitted several withdrawal requrst which were constantly canceled by a manager with no explanation. Finally after giving them a bad review the withdrawal request was approved except it was approved in 2 different transactions with $58 going to me and the remained going to a different bitcoin account. 2 weeks and counting on trying to get ahold of them over this transaction and absolutely no reaponse besides the automated one. Decided to gove it another try and was up to $326 hit "spin" on a $2.50 bet and poof my balsnce magically decreased to $12.68 i play with my phone casted onto the tv as my wife doesnt gamble but likes to watch and she saw it with her own eyes. Once again contacted custimer service with 6 days and counting of no reply for that one. Absolute scam and fraudulent casino. Highly recommend not playing here and taking your crypto/money elsewhere.

Initial winnings were accumulated with a 25 free spin no withdrawal limit bonus and a deposit I made. I have yet to recieve a reply from any of my multiple emails to the company or recieve any form of explanation for where the rest of my money was sent to. As it was sent to another bitcoin account but was not the account that i provided. You can traces the transaction for my account andnsee that the remaining amounts were sent to a different wallet. Seems like the "manager that handled" my withdrawal helped him/her self to my winnings.

Per their rules and regulations the max I could withdrawl is the bonus amount x 40x my deposit amount for a "no withdrawal limit bonus" so working that math out I shouldve been allowed to withdrawal up to $6,600 usd in btc. Instead my $759 magically lowered to less that $300 and I only recieved $58 of that.

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions and this is what I found (here):

5. Once you have met the Wagering Requirements and are able to make a withdrawal, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from your
balance, as you will not be able to withdraw these funds.


Please understand that if your winnings were accumulated from a free bonus, the maximum cashout available to you would be $50 only.

When i click your li k to see what promo code you're asusming I used it takes me to thwir current promo page. I cant see the exact code anymore as my account was closed adter i filed a complaint with their "gaming board". I don't see a point in continuing on with this as it isn't going to get me the money they owe me.

I'm sorry but there is no withdrawal for an amount of $6,600 visible on the screenshots that you forwarded.


The only withdrawal that you mentioned in the communication was for $759.


It is a very confusing case in which we haven't moved much since it was submitted a month ago.

I revisited the entire thread, and as per my understanding, your winnings of $700+ originated from a free bonus (initial winnings were accumulated with a 25 free spin). If my interpretation is incorrect, kindly send your transaction history from before the 5th of November, as no deposit is visible in the forwarded screenshots.
