I have been playing on Rajabets for the past 4 years, and during this time, I have lost over 1 crore rupees (100 lakhs INR). This has caused me severe financial problems, including huge debts that have ruined my life. The platform's constant promotions, bonuses, and easy access encouraged me to gamble more and more, without any proper responsible gambling tools to stop me.
I tried multiple times to self-exclude or close my account due to gambling addiction, but Rajabets support just gave excuses like "don't deposit for 3 months and it will auto-block" or ignored my emails and live chat requests. They do not offer permanent self-exclusion properly, which I believe violates responsible gambling rules.
Now, things are even worse. I am trying to withdraw my remaining balance, but every attempt is delayed. More seriously, my bank transactions/withdrawals have been marked with a "lien" by Indian cyber police, which I think is because of unregulated or suspicious payment methods used by Rajabets. This has frozen my access to any funds, making my situation desperate. Right now total 61630 INR has been lien marked on my bank account.
I urge others to avoid Rajabets at all costs. I am seeking a full investigation into their practices and demand a refund or resolution for my losses and withdrawal problems. This platform has ruined lives – stay away!

To anyone that reads this: AVOID THIS SCAM SITE. There is an endless list of flaws this casino has: if you deposit using cryptos, the deposits are done in a really rudimentary way where you have to contact support to get an address, then you must send them a screenshot of the payment, you can't withdraw (no matter how small the amount is) if you haven't completed KYC, AND IF YOU ACTUALLY COMPLETED KYC, THEY WILL ASK FOR MORE DOCUMENTS AND WILL NEVER CHECK THEM, this way they can block your withdrawals, either forcing you to gamble and lose at the end or they simply expect you to give up so they can happily keep your funds, as you read: you can't withdraw, you can't do one of the most basic things a casino has to provide: withdrawals. Deposit in this casino if you want to simply burn money because you will not be able to withdraw. And the mentioned things are not even the worst, there is something more disturbing about this scam: THEY DON'T CLOSE ACCOUNTS EVEN IF YOU REQUEST A CLOSURE, they capitalize on people's addiction, that's the lowest of the low. Their useless live support doesn't even deserve to be mentioned here, it's basically nonexistant. Absolute scam casino. I deposited 30000 INR in order to claim the 10% crypto bonus, after depositing I was told that the 'Risk department' says I am entitled to no bonuses. However, the main issue I have is that they refuse to process my withdrawal after wagering my deposit once and getting my balance up to 45301 INR, they say I have to wager another 45301 before I can withdraw.
