Hey!!


I am very upset, i waited for 50 min and talked to support Titiana. She made me redo the whole withdrawal process.


She made me cancel this withdrawal: f9094362-0541-4c45-a575-bf782759f1c1 requested on the 28th


Reason was that you could not proceed to process my withdrawal. So she cancelled it.


Then i requested a new withdrawal: 98904e02-e75a-49a9-98ff-6149a0e0f40a and contacted the support again saying that i have requested the new withdrawal.


Answer i get from the new support guy that there is no issue and nothing that indicated that something was wrong.


After this interactions you have caused me alot off stress and sad emotions. Why, is it okey to play games with your loyal players?


Please do right now. And proceed with my withdrawal.

Guys i am super worried and concerned that my withdrawal will be payed out. They can not even insure that the withdrawal will get paid even if it all is okey. I have waited why more then the time limit they present. They make me cancel the withdrawal just do redo it and now the whole process starts from 0 again.


I try to email both thier support and complaint email but get no respond. The live chat is not serious and will not give any help at all. I feel they will make so problematic for me that they will block my account and find reasons to cancel the pay out.


When i read reviews of this casino. I cannot find any positive.


I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE TERMS AND CONDTIONS I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES.


BUT THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW THIER OWN RULES. HELP ME
