I'm malasri.


On August 31st 2024 I tried to withdraw my money in rajabets app. Then they told me that you have to upload the documents for verification.


Then I have uploaded every document as per their request. After that there is no response from them. The customer agent will say that your documents have been queued to be checked. From last 7 months they are keeping the same message.


In this gap I have won and my account has reached to 30 lakhs. And again there is a loss of 23 lakhs because of them.


They have increased the starting bet limit of 50 rupees to 40k in that case also I have played and I have won 18 lakhs. Now they are simply saying that I have violated their terms and conditions and I'm using multiple accounts. With this reason they have blocked my account.


I'm saying genuinely that I don't have any other account rather than malasri55. And I didn't play against their rules.


They are doing this intentionally for not giving my withdrawal amount . So please help to solve this case.


I have lost lakhs of amount in this rajabets app from last one year. My whole family was depending on me and that too I was a woman. Im facing so many problems.


If these rajabets team will won't give my withdrawal amount means I will definitely commit suicide along with my family as there is no other option to me.


Iam saying genuinely From my side there is no mistake but the rajabets team has suspended my account by saying so so reasons without any proofs and proper explanation.


So please help me in getting my withdrawal amount back

Thank you for your response.


The rajabets team has suspended my account. Due to that there is no chance of questioning them in the rajabets app.

There is only one option to contact them i.e mail. I'm keeping several mails to them but they are not responding to my mails. Without any proper reason they suspended my account intentionally.


So please help me in getting my withdrawal amount.
