I have spoken to not 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 representatives/robots/ very much not trained reps. I have stated that I have uploaded all my documents over a week ago. After 5 days it seems to disappear. I have sent emails I have sent screen shots. I have done everything and still have gotten absolutely no where. What else do I do ? You owe me money and still can't get help

They all have Been approved now but now I'm running into problems with the paying of my winning. I have done investigation and the casino that pay in bitcoin do this so they can actually defraud customers. Bitcoin and the stats prove that this is the number 1 way to scam customers

Unfortunately there is nothing uncommon on your situation. It is a common procedure that during a verification the casino blocks your access to the casino.
The process may take up to 14 days so if you are still hearing back from them and still within the 14 day period, there is nothing wrong with it.
