After a couple of previous, successful withdrawals from this site, where my funds are in EUR but the withdrawals are done through conversion to BTC, the latest one is still pending for 12 days without any meaningful information. I have been already verified during my first withdrawal.
I made a withdrawal of 500 euros on 07. Apr 2023, and I haven't received the amount yet at the time of writing this complaint.
I questioned the whereabouts of my funds through email, but all I got was that the process "may" be slightly delayed depending on the workload.
I would like to ask for the help of Casino.Guru to finally receive my funds after waiting awkwardly long without any meaningful information.
