Dear Casino Guru & Bruce Pokies!


After a couple of previous, successful withdrawals from this site, where my funds are in EUR but the withdrawals are done through conversion to BTC, the latest one is still pending for 12 days without any meaningful information. I have been already verified during my first withdrawal.


I made a withdrawal of 500 euros on 07. Apr 2023, and I haven't received the amount yet at the time of writing this complaint.


I questioned the whereabouts of my funds through email, but all I got was that the process "may" be slightly delayed depending on the workload.


I would like to ask for the help of Casino.Guru to finally receive my funds after waiting awkwardly long without any meaningful information.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? When was the last time you received a withdrawal from the casino? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello Nick!

  • My account has been fully verified since the 9th of March 2023
  • The last time I received a withdrawal was between the 3rd of April to the 7th of April 2023
  • I accumulated the winnings on my own money, no bonus used
  • The last time was when I was curious about my withdrawal through e-mail, 14th of April 2023. I got a reply 1 day later.
