The player from France is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The player later confirmed that he received his winnings, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I ve make an withdraw about 10 days ago and I still don’t have my money , if I write to the support email or live chat they are saying me that in 10 days normally the money will get transferred to my account but 10 days passed and still not an email from them saying that the process of the transaction is about happening or something to really to give me a reason to think that it’s not a SCAM.Me personally I don t recommend playing on this site I feel that I’ve been scammed so don’t waste your money.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
