Blocked (removed from the menu) the only possible withdrawal method after the third request for withdrawal within a month. At the same time, there were more deposits.
Technical support suggests using another withdrawal method, but all of them do not work in my situation. Deposits were both from cards and by bank transfer, but I can only receive by bank transfer. Exactly this method disappeared from the menu, but it works for other players in Korea (specially checked at my request)

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you try to use a different browser or clearing the catche on the one you use? Since when exactly is the issue ongoing? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
