The player from Alaska submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I played in the morning slot tourney. won 3rd place for 75.00. the tournament flyer said once the tournament is over the funds would be placed directly into plyers account immediately upon completion. well the funds were in my account but labeled as BOUNUS FUNDS that have a 3000$ wager requirement attached to it. I reached out to customer service and the politely did not reply and closed the chat without responding. these online casinos need to be held responsible for their actions. the rules are constantly changing to benefit the house to win or tke your winnings. If they want to wear the name casino on their TITLE they need to be held accountable as would a real casino if it were the MGM Grand. This is becoming ridicolous!
Dear thertz961,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Dear thertz961,

No they ended up placing it in my account as bonus money and made me wager funds to retrieve the funds, and as presumed the funds were consumed by the casino during this attempt. It’s a scam and I’ve pursued refunds through my bank due to the fact that the casino accepts no responsibility for the actions of the outcome of the casino games. I have played enough to tell a difference in the payout denominations between playing with "free spins, bonus funds" to the playing with wagering requirements attached. The bonus funds or free spins will allow a higher payout, so when it’s time to play out wager requirements the amount is an astronomical number that’s almost impossible to meet given the game doesn’t payout in the same denomination as when playing with free spins. So to ever meet a $4500.00 requirement for a maximum withdraw amount of $50 dollars is technically not achievable. In essence, they are a scam casino and you shouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone. The rankings are incorrect and the ratings are bought by the casino.
They have as well closed my account access once I questioned the casino about this and they would end the chat reluctant to answering the question provided to the customer service representative, when asked to speak to a manager supervisor or pit boss they would reply with we don’t have one on duty. Please try again later and then end the chat. I don’t know any casino regardless, if it’s online or if it’s a storefront that does not have a manager on duty or a superior manager over their position. Everything leads to the prime example of a fraudulent company acting as a reputable online casino. They also have sister casinos under the same "curaçao license" such as black lotus casino, Asia lotus casino, lucky Creek Casino, big dollar casino, treasure mile casino, grand eagle casino, mandarin Palace. They all are run and owned by the same company. I was suggest not affiliating with this company or any other website under this license. I have taken the steps to report these so called casinos through Internet, crimes division in the USA, as well as through their government. Complaint website. This should not be allowed in the USA as online gambling is illegal in 80% of the states. There are only a few states in the United States that allow this type of online gambling entertainment. New Jersey, New York, Michigan, or a few of those states, and I’m sure they wouldn’t be allowed to run under their countries license as the USA would not be able to govern against such license. The majority of the sites on your website that you guys recommend or as well and indeed websites that run exactly as mentioned and I don’t know how you guys back such companies as it is very illegal and should not be recommended to anybody in the United States as there could be many consequences on both sides, the player and the casino. I would recommend also looking into the majority of these casinos mentioned on your website, and there allowance as a gambling website in the United States. I live in Alaska, and no gambling is allowed in the state of Alaska period. Online or on the streets. I will be pursuing this company and litigation against this company as they have created a scenario that I could’ve possibly been charged Felonise due to playing their games. This is a giant issue in the United States from outlying countries to profit off of unknowing individuals while advertising criminal situations and involvement. I thank you for your time and the check up as to my issue with this company. If you could make this known to your superior officer that this is a high priority issue that should be looked at immediately for not only yourselves, but as players like me as well it’s unconstitutional and absolutely absurd the outcome that could possibly come from this deeply research these so-called casinos before recommending them to people who’s at risk.
Thank you for your reply, thertz961. First of all, I would like to point out that no casino can "buy" a rating from us. I suggest that you check our review of Big Dollar Casino as it clearly states that the casino has a Questionable reputation and a quite low rating of 5.2/10 and has a warning that we found unfair T&Cs when we updated the casino last time.
I believe no casino would want to pay for a ranking like this and I am sure you will agree with me. We simply review all online casinos so that people who actually read our reviews can be aware of any unfair practices they could come across while playing at each and every casino.
Lastly, we do not force anyone to go and play anywhere, and we certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to play in a casino with a questionable reputation.
Now let's return to your complaint. Do I understand correctly that you currently do not have access to your casino account? Could you please advise if there are any funds being held in the account?
