Utter scammer !! I’ve been playing on the site for days , by Sunday the 27th of October I had about £5900 in my balance excluding the live bets . Then in the evening of Sunday, I go back to my account to check my live bets and I notice that money from my balance has been reduced to £2520, right after that a live bet ended with a win which brought my balance to £3520 and another won that brought my balance up to £4520 . But it should have been more as some of the bets I won just got voided hours after the actual bet ended and my earnings were reflecting in my balance , this was out of nowhere . I decide to contact the live chat to report this and they tell me they will check with the traders as they don’t know , right after I reported this on live chat , not even minutes later they ban me from the account . They sent me an email saying there was evidence of fraud which they haven’t provided , they mentioned wagers when I’ve never done any bet on casinos ever …. They basically owe me £6790 all in all .

Could you please specify what games did you play before your account was closed? Did you make bets on sports only, or did you play any casino games as well?

Did you play with or without a bonus?

I only played sports , I’ve never ever touched casino ( I don’t even know how it works) . I’ve also never used any bonus .

i kindly forwarded the email to you , that they sent me and which they never responded to despite me asking for evidence of their claims and begging them to take legal actions against me should they be able to provide evidence . I played mostly tennis games before they closed my account and I was winning a lot.
