After the Complaints Team had extended the resolution period and suggested that the player contact the casino directly, the player had informed them that the casino had paid him. The delay had been due to the casino's need to verify his identity. The issue had been resolved successfully and the complaint had been marked as 'resolved' by the Complaints Team.

I am and have been verified and have deposited and withdrawn multiple times over the last year. I am getting bullied around and I am a seasoned online gambler and I will not put up with it. They are trying not to pay me for whatever reason and I need someone to put the boot in their ass. I deposited real money and won and there has never been a problem and now that I need the money very badly because my fiance is sick they pull this B.S. These casinos are making out like bandits and need to be held accountable. We. (I) have followed their terms and conditions to the letter they need to follow ours and do what they say payout and instantly and treat us how we treat them is 385 dollars and I am beyond pissed right now. Wasting my time to get 385 dollars when they have made that in a minute some dime store crack dealer on the corner. People need to know when they are being pieces of you know what. And they need to pay me now and people need to know they do not care about them or their families at all they love burning us and taking their time to pay. Bull shit I want my fair winnings now . Yesterday as a matter of fact.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for acknowledging me, but now I cannot log into my account I have been verified and withdrawn funds a couple of weeks ago. Whatever flagged my account happened at the worst time and there is no reason. I love Yabby casino I just want them to treat me how I treat them I follow the rules to the letter and deposit even when I am not winning. I am a perfect casino guest not a customer. At least that is what I hope to be.

I am sorry They have paid me they just wanted to check to see if it was really me. Which it was. Duh. But at the time was not a good time because of a situation that it had an effect on my well being and I told them that and they should have paid me and waited to do that for if I win big someday at their casino. Because I have yet to. I was verified and paid. But they knew who I was and they could have done it faster. I still like them and they like me. Gambling is a sorted business that in itself creates a lot of situations. Good, or bad. Because the situations are all derived from the emotions and a person's personality. It will really show us how we are, or how someone else really is. So like anything in life we must be vigilant, but tread lightly. That is why I will tell you. I am a leader and a warrior led by a just master. Yabby pay me a big one soon.
