I have a love-hate relationship with Gamdom. I was a VIP for a long time, with periods of depositing sickening amounts of money. However during periods of lighter deposits i would be threatened of losing my status, yet not given any sort of minimum deposit amonut i had to reach which was really just a way for them to get me to deposit large amounts in fear of losing my status. Eventually i was done with their games and reduced my deposits significantly, and lost my VIP status. Once you're no longer VIP you dont get any sort of ad hoc perks. Not even bonus money on your birthday. However, the money rewards for loyalty levels is generous the higher you go... but receiving them takes forever.
All of the above griping put aside, Gamdom remains reliable in terms of regular wins and knowing withdrawals will never be a hassle and will always be fast.
But with that said there other crypto casinos with the same reliability that are way more generous with their bonuses to the everyday player (I.e. Stake)

I posted in their chat box "down to my last kraft dinner, help" as a joke.
The moderator banned me and called me a beggar.
I went to live chat and told them I want an apology for that or im cashing out and closing my account. it was uncalled for and offensive.
i said you should fire that moderator because he alienates players and they just will leave the casino and you lose out on players.
I was told they are escalating this to the moderator team and upper management.

Hello to everyone. It’s one of the worst experiences in my life, I made lots of bets on Gamdom and all of them were loses, and after that when I won two bets they just blocked my withdrawal. The next day they put the money back on my balance and blocked the possibility of withdrawal, but the amount with all the winnings are on the balance and you can bet so play on them, they are just waiting you to loss all the money and they don’t need to pay out. This has to be one of the best casinos out there. I've played around $150k here (EUR), and never had issues withdrawing. The support (in particular Michael, who left the support team) is VERY friendly.
I had troubles with a support agent named Kevin, who would lock my account when talking to (for no reason). It would get fixed within minutes, but he was always suspicious of me.
Gamdom lacks good house games like Dice and Mines, but their Crash and Roulette are good modes. They used to be a CS:GO focused casino, but I think they have lost that. Therefore, they almost NEED to have more house games less focused on Steam items.

For me Gamdom is look like a dead casino, you don't have any news stuff since years. They just add the "battle slots" feature in couple of year. Also, it's very hard to speak to an admin of the site, the only cool point is Wayne the VIP Host who are very nice and give each week some bonus.

I cant prove this, but im very questioning the validity of the RTP listed on some games, especially hacksaw games.
You ask for your account to get locked for X amount of times, if you ask them they unlock it right away which is unusual.
Lots of provider were not available for me ( Canada ) they are playable on every other casino i played which is weird.
