I won't dwell too much on the payment issue, where we all know how they behave, just look at the complaints. I emphasize the fact that they have absolutely no respect for customers, individuals, the rules, or responsible gaming. They have no ethics. You contact them to ask for the account permanently and after days they close it and send you an email mentioning the fact that it can never be reopened. A month later, the same person, Francesco, a VIP manager, sent an email asking to reopen the account in exchange for a bonus. Is this ethical? Responsible gambling? A closed account with no chance of being reopened? And so, as a compulsive gambler, I reopened my account and reloaded 8100, which I lost... after which they closed the account. In the meantime, I attempted suicide because of what happened... they never responded to my emails or chats. You should be ashamed. And here in the complaint, they're doing exactly the same thing. Shame on you.
