The player from Germany had requested self-exclusion from Wild.io Casino due to his gambling addiction. Despite this, he had been able to register and lost approximately €1900. He was then seeking a refund, alleging that the casino had failed to uphold gambling addiction prevention measures. The player claimed that he had contacted the casino about his problem after losing the money and his account was blocked on 11/5/2023.
