The customer service is not at all good at this casino, withdraws are super late, when asked about withdraws customer support agents always gives the same exact answer and sometimes it feels like I'm am talking to an AI.

GG.bet has good odds and solid availability, but everything else is frustrating. The KYC requests are insane and takes forever, withdrawals are painfully slow, and there’s basically no real focus on responsible gambling. Not worth the hassle.

I started playing on GG.bet for their sportsbook which to be honest is quite decent i made your usual €100 in and out without issues withdrawals taking between 3-24h

Mind you I had already done KYC 7-14 days prior this KYC included

2 minutes after i find out i cant login they process my 2x 25€ withdrawals with the €2000 still pending.

I then of course ask support what happened and if they would even honor my €2000 withdrawal to which they didnt provide any reason for the account blockage but apparently will honor the €2000 withdrawal within 5 business days which i will not have to wait before i post a complaint but i just want to warn everybody about this site they will ask for the weirdest KYC requests and delay your withdrawals in any way possible if its above a certain amount please be careful please consider other bookies please be warned!

but im pretty sure the rtp is fixed in favor of casino, for example they say 94% on pragmatic play , but the real rtp should be around 80%, for example 2000 spins with ante bet and yo never hit the bonus round, blackjack (not live) continuous series with 20 and 30 loses in a row and other unreal situations like this.

It's fine to deposit money but when you want to withdraw it takes forever and I've been waiting for 8 days and still haven't received my money. Customer service doesn't give any answers at all. This casino is a real scam, you can not withdraw 500 euros or more in one transaction, they declined my 600 euro withdrawal, then 500 euro withdrawal, and finally they accepted to withdraw 400 euros it's the max. withdrawal amount you can withdraw with them in 1 time, of course, I lost the rest.
