After verification, it works a few times, but after that, the withdrawal is always pending and available in your player account. This casino is a real scam, you can not withdraw 500 euros or more in one transaction, they declined my 600 euro withdrawal, then 500 euro withdrawal, and finally they accepted to withdraw 400 euros it's the max. withdrawal amount you can withdraw with them in 1 time, of course, I lost the rest.
But the most disappointing part is that they make withdrawals only in crypto and take insane commissions on it.
They took "a withdrawal commission from my account (around 50 euros on top of 400 euros), and sent me 387 USDT. The normal rate is 1 EUR = 1,09 USD, 400 EUR = 435 USDT not 387 USDT!
Support didn't helped at all, they think that it's normal to trick people like this.

Rubbish casino. I think this casino is scamming me. I keep requesting withdrawals and they keep cancelling them (without notifying me). When I inquired why, they'd say there is a technical issue and should do another withdrawal request. I've been doing withdrawal request after withdrawal request and everytime this has happened, and I have used different payment methods. These people are lying. Firstly, they'll say they've approved the withdrawal and that the payment processer will complete it within 5(!) business days. Then 5 days will pass, I'll inquire again, then the withdrawal will be cancelled. Then after this, I'd inquire again and all the agent would tell me is "just do a withdrawal again". I've never been told why this keeps happening, what steps they'll take to fix this, nothing. Just that it has been done and I must just patiently wait--like a fool-- for this money that will seemingly never come. I'm really pissed off right now.
