It's 10 days since my initial withdrawal request...

It's not right to treat the consumers like that and punish the winners, I've lost so much so far... It's not fair

Coming with an Update, my account is finally verified, they notified me that I'm now able to withdraw my funds.


But I can't withdraw my funds, they've been like stuck in processing status and Auto cancelling after 24 hours, seriously it's a punishment or something I can't explain that 😅
