The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I have been trying to withdraw money for over a month now. I am fully approved and verified at this casino, however, every time I try to withdraw it says success and approved and then i get an email the next day saying I was denied. I have have talked to to probably every support person there and the payment team support but no one seems to know how to resolve this problem. They keep telling me oh now we fixed the problem so try and withdraw again and i do and the same thing happens. I have been trying for over 15 times with the same result. They said to try other withdrawing options but when i click on any other ones other than bank i am denied access. I am so frustrated with them and want to know if this is just a scam casino and can you find out what is wrong. I have no blocks on my end at my bank. I even tried to deposit using a different method but that didnt help either. Its something to do with FIFO deposit method or canadian tech problem is what they say Could you please look into this as this has been going on for over a month thanks Lorna
