The player from Norway has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Its not the biggest issue,but I have some time now when I recuest an withdraw, its taking longer time,and I understand that issues can happen,but I would like to get an email or somthing that I could be alert about an issu with the withdraw. But I have to contact the support and ask every time, and I dont always get an answer to my question on why.. Because when I recuest an withdraw its sais the they do withdrawle every 5minutes,24 h a day. So I would like that they mayby could tell their players that is taking longer time at this moment Because of issues.. I realy like Videslots Because of the fast withdraw and the free batle tournements. But at this moment I am a bit alert and why its suddenly is an issue.. and its been like this for weeks now. And always I get that they soon will be back with the fast withdraw. I like the support there,and they are helpsom,and fast to get in the chat. Nothing bad ,I will continue play there if the withdraw issue is fixed, or I get an answer to my question or that withdraw is taking longer time forward on. I just want to trust the casino as I did,I hope not that they suddenly scam or somthing.. I do not think so,but I a bit confussed Because of some answer or not answer..

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi. Thanks for reply. There is no major complaint or problem. I just want to know what are withdrawal problems, and wish Videslots had informed about the problem and reassured with when it might be resolved. But I have to ask myself. and they have written that withdrawal requests are processed every 5min, 24h around the clock. When problems arise, I as a customer want to know if it concerns me about the problem and what. Without me having to take the initiative to ask and basically get answers that are not satisfactory but create more uncertainty. I can only end the complaint. Will not make any noise for this and for poor NOK 500. I have yarded my account, use Muchbetter as a withdrawal method, have not had any problems before. Am very happy with the casino
