Very negative experience with 7Slots.
On August 17, 2026, I deposited $10, after playing my balance was about $600, and I immediately submitted a withdrawal request.
Initially, the casino stated that the payment should arrive within 5 days. However, instead of a payment, a lengthy verification process began, lasting over 17 days. During this time, I repeatedly contacted support, but received mostly standard responses stating that my issue was being reviewed. They didn't provide any specific information about the reason for the delay. Support replies are robotic, repeating the same thing over and over, and no one responds to emails at all.
On September 7th, I reduced my withdrawal amount to $200 to at least get some of my funds back. It's important to note that this $200 isn't a new win or the result of a new deposit. It's part of my initial balance.
After this, the casino informed me that to withdraw from my balance, I would need to either place a $1.90 bet or pay a 25% commission. I didn't want to play anymore or deposit additional money, so I agreed to have the commission deducted from my existing balance.
Despite this, the $200 payment was still not made and another check/delay occurred.
At the moment I'm still waiting for my money.
I provided Casino Guru with correspondence with the casino and screenshots confirming my words. The money was finally credited to me, but more than a month passed.
My experience has been long withdrawal delays, constant checks, and a lack of clear explanation from the casino. I do not recommend 7Slots.
