The player from United States has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing bets greater than the allowed ones. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Uptown Aces just scammed me out of $2,500 that I won! I waited well over 2 weeks for a Bitcoin payout. They said that I bet over the $10 limit 452 times with bonus money! I've never bet $10 on a slot machine in my life, let alone $10 or more 452 times! I will never play at Uptown Aces or their sister sites Desert Nights, Red Stag, Box 24, and Sloto'cash. I recommend others stay away as well unless you just like giving them your money!
Dear akdurham1974,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding all the relevant communication. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found https://uptownaces.eu/terms-conditions/general-bonus-terms:
„In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers (10 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided."
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.
Please do not hesitate to forward your game history in Excel format to petronela.k@casino.guru if you feel that you’ve been accused mistakenly.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue and receive your winnings as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
