The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 3 weeks. The complaint was resolved as the player received his winnings.
Casino is giving me the runaround claiming at the third party vendor are the ones at fault for payment not being processed.
the chat team don’t even have any other excuses all they say is it’s been escalated to the finance department.
im also in contact through email and they insist I get PRC ACCOUNT which let’s me withdraw to the the account and only use at sister casinos that’s a joke. I’ve played and won in other sister casinos with no problems withdrawing through coindraw its 24 hours. This casino has a rule of 7-10 days after approval it’s been almost 3 weeks.

Hi Nick account was verified like two yrs ago through inclave which handles many RTG casino long ins they have all my documents since two years ago. I made deposits with real money,
I spoke to them this morning and I was told I should contact my host Chloe Harris tomorrow because she is off today.
I have screenshots of the approvals two withdrawals one is$1554 and the other $1800
i also have the emails they have sent me explaining the delay.

It sad to see these casinos employees have to say lie after lie to cover the owner of that casinos behind. What a bad reputation they are making for themselves. They might have great bonuses but makes no difference if the refuse to payout the winnings.

Please note that verification may be requested multiple times during a year and if your account was verified 2 years ago, I would be surprised if that would be the issue.
