When it's time to payout winnings they start asking for documents after documents. I sent all the required documents then they asked for a letter from my bank that confirms that I own my cards. This is unheard of. The bank statements don't show the debit card number so they are making up unrealistic "required documents" just to find reasons not to process withdrawal.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I sent all the required documents which include the verification form, along with pictures of my ID, credit cards, letter that proves my address. They approved all the documents then said they need letters from my bank stating that I own my cards. I submitted what I could then stopped hearing from them. This has been going on for 5 days. They stopped replying today.
